摘 要:本试验采用北方某给水厂来水作为试验用水,从出水浊度、出水蚤类浓度两个方面分析比较传统砂滤料和煤砂滤料。试验结果表明,在来水浊度不高且稳定的情况下,∑L/d值是影响过滤效果的重要参数。在高浊度来水的情况下,传统砂滤料的抗冲击负荷能力不如煤砂滤料,且在过滤后期上层滤料易形成滤饼,严重影响过滤效果。传统砂滤柱内浊度以团状杂质颗粒的状态存在,且随过滤的进行而向下移动,煤砂滤料中的无烟煤滤料起到了吸附截留大部分杂质的作用。活性较强的剑水蚤可以穿透传统石英砂滤料,煤砂滤料60 h之内可以有效的吸附拦截住剑水蚤,过滤后期出现少量蚤类尸体,建议缩短过滤周期至60 h。In this experiment, water samples from a water supply plant in North China were used as the test water. And then traditional sand filter and coal-sand filter were compared from three aspects of the turbidity of effluent, the variation of turbidity in the filter column and the the water flea concentration. The results showed that the ∑L/d value was an important parameter affecting the filtration effect when the water turbidity was low and stable. In the case of high turbidity, the traditional sand filter material was inferior to the coal-sand filter material, and in the later stage of filtration, the upper filter material was easy to form the filter cake, which seriously affected the filtration effect. And the particle size of the quartz sand in the coal-sand filter material was the key to the filtration of the coal-sand filter material. The turbidity in the traditional sand filter column was in the state of pellet impurity particle, and it moved downward with the filtration, the anthracite filter material in the coal-sand filter material played the role of absorbing most impurities. The sword water flea with strong activity can penetrate the traditional quartz sand filter material, but the coal-sand filter material (quartz sand filter material for 0.5mm) can effectively adsorb and intercept the sword water flea in 60 h, a small number of flea bodies appeared at the later stage. It's proposed that the filtration cycle should be shorten to 60 h.
