摘  要:为克服定向钻井中滑动导向技术不足,降低开发成本,获得较高的收益率,旋转导向钻井系统逐步得到广泛的应用[1]。国外公司的相关实验指出,"位移工作方式"钻出的孔眼要更加光滑和精确。然而"位移工作方式"要求钻柱发生弯曲,相对于国内材料等研发条件而言,发展"力工作方式"旋转导向系统更符合国情。In order to overcome the shortage of sliding guiding technology in directional drilling,reduce development cost and obtain higher profitability,Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS)has been widely used.The heart of the rotary steerable drilling technology is the directional drilling tool (RST)downhole.Zhao Jinzhou and others have more closely defined the .RST guidance method:"force working mode"and "displacement working mode".Relevant experiments by foreign companies indicate that the "displacement mode of operation"is more smooth and precise.However,the "displacement work mode"requires the drill string to be bent.Compared with the research and development conditions of domestic materials,the development of the "power working mode"rotary guide system is more in line with national conditions.
