摘 要:9名大学生网球运动员分别穿戴不同护臂进行网球运动测试,利用加速度计及表面肌电仪同步采集前臂肌群的肌电信号及加速度信号,并转换成肌肉受力负荷指标及肌肉活动指标,以分析紧身束缚对肌肉的作用。结果表明:不同紧度下,肱桡肌(BRA)所受击球载荷有显著性差异(P <0. 01),其他肌肉不明显;肱桡肌、桡侧腕长伸肌(ECRL)、指伸肌(ED)的RMS呈显著性递减趋势(P <0. 05);放电时间呈显著性递增趋势(P <0. 05)。护臂面料的改变未对指标产生显著影响。由此得出:不同紧身束缚并未显著改变前臂肌群的受力载荷,但施加一定的紧度能够降低肌肉的活动,减小击球冲击对前臂肌肉的负荷,对于肌肉损伤、运动疲劳有着积极的影响。To quantify the effects of elastic compression on performances in tennis,the impact and muscular activity of forearm muscles was tested. Armguards with various compression levels and compression areas were obtained as several experiment groups. All subjects(n = 4) performed tennis for 6 times in each group. The signals for acceleration and EMG were collected simultaneously,and transferred to corresponding indications. The impact force of BRA changed significantly(P <0. 01),but not obvious among other muscles. There was a significant decrease in RMS among BRA,ECRL,ED(P < 0. 05),while the EMG duration was significantly increased(P < 0. 05).No significant difference was found when fabrics changed. Elastic compression armguards did not significantly affect impact load of forearm muscles,but did have positive influence on muscular injury and fatigue by decrease muscular activity and muscular load.
