摘  要:针对新疆某油田地层泥质含量高、出砂粒径中值较小的问题,研制了防膨抑砂体系。通过静态抑砂试验筛选出了BS-95和BY-53的抑砂剂配方,用动态冲砂试验确定了抑砂剂的最佳配方为BY-53(0. 5%BSA-101+0. 3%有机阳离子聚合物)。在70℃,矿化度小于3×10~4mg/L油田地层环境下,于80~100目(0. 15~0. 17 mm)的粉细混砂进行冲砂试验,排量为4 800 mL/h时,未出砂,渗透率保留率达78. 9%,能有效满足该油田粒度中值为0. 17 mm细粉砂抑砂要求。The paper is focused on problems that the clay content of the oilfield in Xinjiang is higher and the median diameter of the sand is smaller,a clay stabilizer/sanding inhibitor system is optimized. Above all,through measuring the anti-swelling rate of clay and adsorption capacity,two basic systems of BSS-95 and BY-53 for sand control agent were preliminarily screened. Ultimately,the dynamic sand flooding experiment was utilized to determine the optimum formula of sand control agent BY-53( 0. 5% BSA-101 + 0. 3%organic cationic polymers). For one thing,it can be adapted to the oilfield at 70 ℃,and the mineralization is less than 3 × 104 mg/L reservoir environment. For another,in the 80 ~ 100 mesh( 0. 15 ~ 0. 17 mm) sand-mixed flooding experiment,when the flooding flow was 4 800 m L/h,the permeability retention rate reached to78. 9%,which can effectively meet the requirement of sand control in the middle size of the oilfield with 0. 17 mm fine sand reservoirs in Xinjiang.
