摘 要:老君庙M层油藏由于非均质性导致注入水沿注水井与生产井之间的高渗透层、大孔道单层突进,本着含油污泥"源于油藏,用于油藏"的技术思路,基于现有调剖技术及污油泥相关性质,依据颗粒架桥理论及地层的孔喉匹配性,采用含油油泥作为主剂,结合油藏特征,通过室内实验,研制了含油污泥调剖剂、含油污泥颗粒复合调剖剂,优化现场施工工艺,形成适用于老君庙M层油藏的油泥调剖技术。Breakthrough of injection water through high permeability layer and single high -capacity channel layer occurred between water injection well and production well due to the heterogeneity of M Layer of Laojunmiao Reservoir.In light of the technical thinking of "that originating from oil reservoir is used in oil reservoir",an oily sludge profile control agent and an oily sludge particle composite profile control agent were developed with oily sludge as the main agent in laboratory testing by making reference to existing profile control technologies and relevant properties of sewage sludge,based on particle bridging theory and the matching pore throat of formation,and taking the characteristics of reservoir into consideration into account, and an oil sludge profile control technology suitable for M Layer of Laojunmiao Reservoir was thus developed by optimizing on-site construction process.
