摘 要:于2010—2017年对松阳茶园角蜡蚧的发生情况进行调查,分析了角蜡蚧卵始见期与卵出现前期各月日平均气温的关系,并利用2010—2017年室内不同自然变温条件测定了角蜡蚧卵发育历期,用最优化法计算卵期发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明,角蜡蚧在松阳茶园每年发生1代,卵的始见期与6月日平均气温度有关,7月20日开始产卵,8月底至9月上旬为卵孵化盛期。卵的发育起点温度为15.93℃,有效积温为522.42℃,卵期预测式为:D=522.42/(T-15.93)。根据卵期发生规律,提出了以秋季防治初孵若虫、压低虫源基数为重点的综合防控对策。Occurrence characteristics of Ceroploste coriferus eggs in tea plantation were investigated from 2010 to 2017,and relationship between initial and prophase stage of egg and daily mean temperature of each month were analyzed.Developmental time of the egg was tested indoor at various temperature conditions during 2010 to 2017, and developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of egg stage were determined by optimization method. The results indicated C. coriferus had only one generation in Songyang tea plantation, initial stage of the egg was related to daily average temperature in June. The adults begun to lay eggs on July 20 th, and the peak of egg hatching period was from late August to early September. Developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature for egg were 15.93℃ and 522.42 degree days. Prediction equation of egg was D =522.42/(T-15.93). According to occurrence characteristics of C. coriferus, comprehensive control countermeasures was put forward, including the hatching nymphs controlling and the insect quantity reducing in Autumn.
