摘　　要：伴随着时代的不断发展,网络新媒体以无时差、无距离的优点以及信息充足、图文丰富等特点不断改变着新时代青年人的行为习惯、思维习惯、以及沟通习惯,深受广大青年的青睐。因此,高职院校共青团工作必须顺应时代发展趋势,适应青年人学习、生活、交际、娱乐新方式,迎接新的挑战,适应新的要求。如何利用好网络新媒体提升共青团工作活动,进一步凝聚青年、引领青年、组织青年、服务青年值得我们进一步探索与研究。With the continuous development of the times,the network new media has constantly changed the behavior habits,thinking habits and communication habits of young people in the new era with the advantages of no time difference,no distance,sufficient information and rich pictures,and is deeply favored by young people.Therefore,the work of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges must conform to the development trend of the times,adapt to young people's new ways of learning,living,communication and entertainment,meet new challenges and adapt to new requirements.How to make good use of the network new media to enhance the work and activities of the Communist Youth League,further condensing the youth,leading the youth,organizing the youth,and serving the youth deserve our further exploration and research.
