摘 要:随着对乙烯中炔烃含量及乙烯增量要求越来越高,需要不断提高碳二加氢技术。碳二加氢技术的关键是催化剂的性能。新型催化剂开发主要从主催化剂、助催化剂和载体三方面入手,以开发低成本、高活性、高选择性、高空速和低绿油生成量的选择加氢催化剂,提高催化剂性能。目前,Pd催化剂被认为是最好的碳二选择加氢催化剂,助催化剂主要有Pd-Ag、Pd-Si、Pd-Au-Ag等,载体主要为TiO2以及各种改性TiO2,制成的催化剂物性稳定,超过国外产品,催化剂使用周期和寿命都大幅提高。催化剂工业应用优化主要从原料气处理、预还原、工艺参数优化、负荷分配、再生周期及先进控制六方面进行探讨,以优化催化剂运行状态,在保证乙烯装置平稳运行的同时提升装置经济效益。新型催化剂的开发成果颇多,而工业应用优化研究相对滞后,但其与装置运行水平、经济效益联系更为直接,需要进一步加强研究工作。With stricter requirements of alkyne content in ethylene and ethylene increment,C2hydrogenation technology needs to be improved continuously.The key to C2hydrogenation technology is the performance of catalyst.The development of new catalyst mainly focuses on main catalyst,co-catalyst and carrier,so as to develop selective hydrogenation catalyst with low cost,high activity ,high selectivity,high space velocity and low green oil production,and improve the performance of catalyst.At present,Pd catalyst is considered to be the best C2selective hydrogenation catalyst,the co-catalysts mainly include Pd-Ag,Pd-Si and Pd-Au-Ag,and the carriers are mainly TiO2 and various modified TiOE.The physical properties of the catalyst developed are stable,and the operation cycle and service life of the catalyst are greatly improved compared with foreign products.The optimization of industrial application of the existing C2hydrogenation catalysts mainly focuses on raw material gas treatment,pre -reduction,process parameter optimization,load distribution,regeneration cycle and advanced control,so as to optimize the operation of catalyst and improve the economic benefit of the ethylene plant while ensuring its stable operation.The development of new catalyst has made a 10t of achievements ,but the optimization of industrial application falls behind relatively and needs to be further strengthened because it is more directly related to the operation level and economic benefit of the ethylene plant.
