连建伟教授温病方桑菊饮运用经验浅析

摘　　要：[目的]探析连建伟教授运用温病名方桑菊饮的临床经验、特色及灵活加减法。[方法]选择连建伟教授具体运用桑菊饮的五则典型代表性病案,通过文献引用、医案评析、连师按语、学习者思考、对比总结等形式详细地归纳分析病案。[结果]连建伟教授认为:桑菊饮的基本病机是风热犯卫分轻证;脉诊在诊断中具有重要意义,其中右关脉望为"风热之气,通于肝";运用桑菊饮应符合"治上焦如羽,非清不举"治则,并注重桑菊饮方灵活加减法,所举五则验案,以桑菊饮加减,分别治疗风热咳嗽、咽痛、鼻衄、外感发热、自汗证等,疗效极佳。[结论]连建伟教授活用辛凉轻剂桑菊饮的临床经验丰富,治疗病种多样,加减圆机活法,值得推广效法。[Objectve]To conclude the clinical experience of Dr.LIAN Jianwei in the application of the warm disease formula,Sang Ju Drink.[Method]To combine the explanation of Sang Ju Drink from warm disease expert WU Jutong in his book analysis of warm diseases with the three cases applied Sang Ju Drink by Dr.LIAN,and try to conclude the medical experience of Dr.LIAN Jianwei in treating the warm diseases and damp-heat diseases in Zhejiang flexibly.And the cases were.carefully analysed by the evaluation,reviews of Dr.LIAN and the thoughts from the learner.[Result]Through the specific study and analysis of the three cases,the meaning of the treatment principle "the treatment for the upper Jiao is supposed to be like a feather,as mild as possible"was proven.The flexible application of the "pungent,cool and mild formula",Sang Ju Drink was further explored.[Conclusion]The flexible, accurate and marvellous applications of the scattering wind and clearing heat formula of Dr.LIAN are worth imitating.There is great meaning in his understanding of the wind-heat invading the Wei level,the function of Guan pulse diagnosis for the diagnosis of "wind-heat Qi is correlated with the liver",the strength of the medicinal flavor and the quantity of medicine for the learners to know the "pungent,cool and mild formula",classical formula, Sang Ju Drink.
