悬挂针联合麦粒灸治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察悬挂针联合麦粒灸治疗面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm,HFS)的临床疗效。[方法]选取符合面肌痉挛纳入诊断的68例病例,随机分成治疗组(34例)和对照组(34例)。治疗组予悬挂针联合麦粒灸法,对照组予常规普通针刺法。两组隔日治疗1次,5次为1个疗程,共3个疗程。分别对两组在试验前后进行Cohen Albert面肌痉挛强度评级、面肌痉挛频度评级、面部残疾指数量表(Facial Disability Index, FDI)判定,观察分析治疗后的疗效。[结果]经3个疗程治疗后,治疗组有效率为91.18%,对照组为76.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组在上述疗效指标的改善幅度方面均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]悬挂针联合麦粒灸方法治疗面肌痉挛可以提高临床疗效,改善症状,促进神经肌肉功能恢复。[Objective] To observe the effects hanging needling combined with wheat-grain moxibustion in the treatment of patients with hemifacial spasm,to provide evidence for clinical treatment of hemifacial spasm. [Methods] 64 patients with hemifacial spasm all comes from the outpatient deparment of the first Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medecine from Novmber, 2016 to December, 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=34) and the control group(n=34).The the treatment group were used hanging needling combined with wheat-grain moxibustion,and the control group were received routine acupuncture therapy. 5 times as a course of treatment, both groups were treated for total 15 times. The clinical effects,the scores of Penn index scale, the Cohen Albert index scale,the scores of Facial Disability Index(FDI) scale were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. [Results] The rate of affectivity of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group( P <0.05).The effective percentage of the treatment group was 91.18%,the other was 76.49%. The scores of Penn and Cohen Albert Indexes scale, FDI somatic function were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). [Conclusions] The hanging needling combined with wheat-grain moxibustion in treatment hemifacial spasm could improve the clinical effect, improve symptoms and promote nerve function recovery.
