摘 要:激光选取烧结工艺(简称SLM)在民用航空、航天、汽车等领域展现了应用潜力。但铝及铝合金材料由于其高熔点、致密氧化层以及高反射率等特点,在SLM工艺应用中遇到了诸多困难,并且在制件机械性能方面表现也相对较差。进来随着对铝基SLM工艺研究越发深入,其制件在机械性能方面已取得了长足的进步。本综述讨论了不同铝合金材料在SLM工艺中的性能表现(以拉伸强度为主要指标),包括7075等铝合金牌号,AlSi12、AlSi10Mg等铝合金材料,以及各种铝金属基复合材料(AMMC)。通过对不同材料的性能进行对比,本文确立了高强铝合金SLM制造工艺的候选材料,为该工艺能更好地满足多行业强度需求做出贡献。Selected Laser Manufacture (SLM)process has shown great potential in many fields of industry like aviation, aerospace and automobile,due to its capability of high quality,low cost,and rapid manufacture.On the other hand,aluminium and its alloys,which are widely used in modem industry,requires further understanding of material properties and behaviors before using in SLM process for its high melfmg point,stable surface oxide film and high reftectivity.Also,SLMed aluminium products have shown poor mechanical performances compared to traditional processes.Recent progresses on AI-SLM has greatly improve the mechanical properties of the SLMed products,such as tensile strength,yield strength and elongation,as well as compress strength and fatigue.This review explores different material selections for SLM,from aluminl"um alloys like 7075,A1Sil2,A1Sil0Mg,to Aluminium metal matrix composites (AMMCs).By compare mechanical properties listed in this review,especially tensile strength,we can choose candidates for high-strength A1-SLM process,which can well meet strength requirements for aluminium alloys in different industrial areas.
