摘　　要：综述了玫瑰精油和玫瑰花水的制备方法及其对皮肤保养的功效作用。玫瑰精油富含芳香类化合物,香气馥郁,渗透性良好,可刺激表皮细胞新陈代谢以及人体神经系统,具有滋润、舒缓的良好功效。玫瑰花水富含苯乙醇,此外还含有黄酮类、矿物质等化合物,具有改善皮肤色泽、调节水油平衡,增强皮肤活力的功效。同时研究证明玫瑰花水可抑菌消炎,可与其他组分复配制备防腐剂。目前我国已对苦水玫瑰油颁布国际标准,但是玫瑰花水却无相关的质量标准,建议进一步加强和完善玫瑰花水品质鉴定标准来保证玫瑰花水的应用。The preparation methods of rose essential oil and rose water and their efficacy on skin care have been reviewed. Rose essential oil is rich in aromatic compounds, and has aroma and good permeability. It stimulates the metabolism of epidermal cells and the nervous system of human body, and it has good efficacies in moisturizing and soothing. Rose water is rich in phenylethyl alcohol and also contains flavonoids, minerals and other compounds. It has the efficacies in improving skin color, regulating water-oil balance and enhancing skin vitality. Moreover, it has been proved that rose water can inhibit the bacteria and can be combined with other components to prepare preservatives. At present, China has issued international standards for Kushui rose oil, but there is no relevant quality standard for rose water. It is urgent to establish and further strengthen the quality standard of rose water to ensure its application.
