摘 要:通过金相检验、光谱分析等方法研究了不同正火温度对普通碳钢板材及改进型碳钢厚板SA-516Gr70力学性能的影响。结果表明:改进型板材含有一定量的Ni,Cu元素,镍能细化晶粒,改善钢的冲击韧性,而少量的Cu元素也可以提高冲击韧性。对于普通板材正火温度提高,晶粒长大明显,均匀性差冲击功恶化严重;对于添加Ni,Cu的改进型板材,正火温度在890~975℃,晶粒有所长大,均匀性较好,冲击功都能满足要求。By using metallographic examination and spectral analysis, the effects of different normalizing temperature to mechanical properties of SA-516 Gr70 normal plate and advanced plate were studied. The results showed that: for the normal plate, when normalizing temperature increase, the grains grow up evidently, the uniformity is bad, and impact property deteriorated seriously; for the advanced plate with adding Ni and Cu elements, because nickel can refine grain, improve the impact toughness of steel, and a little of Cu can also improve impact toughness, the normalizing temperature is in the range of 890 ℃ to 975 ℃, the grains grow up just a little, the uniformity is good, and the impact values can meet the requirements.
