摘  要:加氢装置厚壁TP347管道焊缝在稳定化热处理前检测无裂纹,但在完成热处理后,多道焊缝出现裂纹。经过理化分析、金相试验、断口检查等,确定属于再热裂纹。经论证后,取消了焊后热处理并投入运行,实践证明并没有影响到管道的安全使用性能。In the welds in TP 347 thick walled piping in hydrogenation plant,there was no crack inspected before stabilizing heat treatment.But several cracks appeared after heat treatment.With the results of physical and chemical analysis,metallographic test and fracture section examination,it was concluded that the cracks were classified as reheating induced crack.Then it was determined the piping was put into use with no heat treatment performed,and it has been proved that in this way the safety in the application of piping is not reduced.
