摘　　要：虢周科教授认为"偏头风"为情志不畅、络道不通。"百病生于气",治疗"以平为期"。导致疾病不只是生物因素,还有社会和心理因素;情绪是疾病发生、发展及预后的重要因素。状态医学吸收中医天人合一、心身一体、整体观思想,融合中、西医,以状态为纲,以生命健康为目标,中医、西医协同作用,研究人的状态和所处环境,形神统一,恢复正常状态。运用生物-心理-社会医学思想,关注心理状态,与患者耐心交流沟通,心理干预。应用状态医学理论指导临床,能全面综合分析病情,定制个体化治疗方案。运用心身兼顾及三维(西医、中医、心理)诊断偏头痛,创立三偏汤(柴胡、黄芩、川芎、白芍、延胡索醋、木香、石膏生、白芷、蔓荆子、藁本、酸枣仁、甘草),结合心理干预,综合运用倾听、情志相胜、移情易性达到治疗目的。附发作性左颞侧头痛验案1则。Professor GUO Zhouke believes that the "bias wind" is not conducive to emotional integrity and obstruction."All diseases arise from Qi" and "peaceful treatment" lead to diseases not only biological factors,but also social and psychological factors.Emotion is an important factor in the occurrence,development and prognosis of diseases.State medicine absorbs the idea of harmony of heaven and man,mind and body,and holism of traditional Chinese medicine,integrates Chinese and western medicine,takes state as its main objective,takes life and health as its goal,studies the state and environment of human beings,unifies body and spirit,and restores normal state.Using bio-psycho-social medical thought,paying attention to psychological state,communicating with patients patiently,and psychological intervention.Using the theory of state medicine to guide clinical practice,we can comprehensively and comprehensively analyze the condition and customize individualized treatment plan.Using psychosomatic consideration and three-dimensional(western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,psychology) to diagnose migraine,Sanpian decoction(Bupleurum chinense,scutellaria baicalensis,Chuanxiong,paeonia lactiflora,Yanhusuo vinegar,wood incense,gypsum,angelica dahurica,vitex vinegar,ligustrum chinensis,Ziziphus jujube seed,liquorice) was established.Combining with psychological intervention,comprehensive use of listening,emotional victory,empathy to achieve therapeutic purposes.There was 1 case of episodic left temporal headache.
