摘 要:医疗纠纷是多种因素综合作用的结果,防控医疗纠纷也是一项系统工程。对医疗纠纷进行综合防控,至少应注意5方面:推进新医改进程,切实构建"医患利益共同体";加强患者安全文化和制度建设,夯实患者安全体系,切实减少"非预期医疗损害"发生;建立体现自律精神和诚信意识的医师管理与惩戒制度,切实增强医生责任心;加强医务人员沟通能力培养,塑造"理性患者"文化;健全医疗机构投诉管理和医疗纠纷解决机制,增强涉事医务人员对于纠纷处理过程的主体参与性和对处理结果的认同度。The high incidence of medical dispute in China nowadays is caused by several reasons and the comprehensive effect of such reasons.Therefore,preventing and controlling medical dispute is also a comprehensive work.To comprehensively prevent and control medical disputes,there are five aspects for attention,such as promoting new medical reform,and constructing "doctor-patient interests community";enhancing the culture and system for patient safety,promoting safety system for patients, and effectively decreasing the "unexpected medical damage";setting up doctors'management and disciplinary system that shows self-discipline and honesty spirit,and effectively increasing doctors'sense of responsibility;improving the training for medical personnel's communication skill,and creating the culture of "rational patient";strengthening management for complains and medical dispute resolution system in medical instates,and at the time of dealing with medical dispute,improving the participation of medical personnel involved in such dispute and their recognition to the result of such dispute.
