摘　　要：近年来,国内公立医院呈现多院区发展趋势,传统的直线职能制组织结构难以满足多院区医院管理的需要。在梳理医院组织结构发展特点和国内外多院区医院行政管理模式典型做法的基础上,从合理搭建领导班子、精简组织机构设置、推进医院管理职业化和建立统一的医院信息系统等方面对多院区医院行政管理提出了对策建议。With the development of multi-campuses in public hospital in recent years,line functional structure cannot meet the requirements of multi-campuses hospital management.Based on the summary of development characteristics of hospital organization structure and typical practices of the administration mode of multi-campuses hospitals at home and abroad,this paper put forward some suggestions on improving the administration model from the aspects of leading group construction,organization institution establishment,professional management and information construction.
