摘　　要：目的:探讨"文化基因"对医院核心价值观及文化建设各项工作产生的作用。方法:以中日友好医院为研究样本,采用概念阐述、内容分析、数据比较等方法开展研究。结果:通过梳理"文化基因"的内容和特征,凝炼文化核心价值观,并分析其对文化建设方略制定的指导作用;医生是医院文化建设的核心群体,对保持文化先进性及文化传承发展具有关键作用。结论:在"文化基因"思维的引导下,发现当前文化传承中存在的问题及改进方向,能够为医院文化建设工作提供评价依据和指导。Objectives:To analyze the impact of culture genes on core values and culture construction in public hospital.Methods:Taking China-Japan friendship hospital as the research sample,the methods of concept elaboration,information analysis and data comparison were adopted.Results:Through "cultural genes",the core values of culture were refined and guided the strategy of cultural construction.It emphasized the doctors as the core group of hospital culture.They were leading the advanced culture and responsible for cultural heritage.Conclusions: Under the guidance of "cultural genes",problems and promotion direction can be found and give evidence and reference for hospital culture construction assessment.
