摘 要:医院工会围绕"一切为了职工"开展工作,是加强医院工会工作的必然要求,是促进医院和谐发展的重要前提,是调动职工积极性、主动性、创造性的重要措施。首都医科大学宣武医院工会围绕"一切为了职工"开展工作,完善、落实制度,保障职工合法权益;履行职代会职责,落实职工民主管理;加强文化建设,营造良好职业环境;当好桥梁纽带,积极反映职工心声;关注职工需求,提高职工幸福感。各项实践举措取得了显著成效,医院职工的幸福感提升、凝聚力增强,工会组织的作用得到充分发挥。医院工会围绕"一切为了职工"开展工作要围绕大局"公转",强化政治担当,改进工作作风;要围绕职工需求,牢记职工冷暖,增强职工获得感;要围绕效率创新,充分依靠职工,发挥主力军作用。Staff oriented labor union work in hospital is the necessary requirement to strengthen hospital labor union,the important premise of promoting the harmony and development of the hospital and the important measures to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the workers.Measures of Xuanwu hospital union such as completing and implementing staff rights protect system,implementing democracy management by the system of workers congress,making good work environment by strengthening culture construction,good communication and paying attention to staff's demand has been taking to improve staff's happiness,loyalty.The role of labor union has been full played in aspects of hospital strategy management,ethics education,efficiency improvement and innovation.
