摘  要:以FeCl_3·6H_2O、尿素、四丁基溴化铵以及乙二醇为原料制备固体粉末,并煅烧固体粉末制备纳米Fe_2O_3催化剂,使用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜进行表征,催化处理皮革废水生化后出水。结果表明:纳米Fe_2O_3非均相催化剂能够高效催化H_2O_2产生,从而有效去除皮革废水生化后出水的COD值和色度。当煅烧温度为550℃、煅烧时间为4h时,纳米Fe_2O_3具有最佳的催化效果。H_2O_2的加入量影响催化剂的处理效果,在废水pH值为5~8,处理时间为0. 5h,H_2O_2加入量为1mL/L时COD去除率接近60%,出水COD值在50mg/L内;色度在30以下,色度去除率大于70%,出水满足国家标准GB 30486-2013的排放要求。Nano-Fe2O3catalyst was prepared by calcination method,using FeCl3·6H2O,urea,fourbutyl bromide and ethylene glycol as.main ingredients.The nano-Fe2O3was characterized by-X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.Leather secondary effluent was treated by catalyzer.The results show that nano-Fe2O3catalyst can effectively reduce the COD and colorlty of biochemical.leather secondary effluent,when the temperature is 550℃ and time is 4h,the processing effect turns to be the best.The treatment result is influenced by the,content of H2O2 addition.When the pH value of the wastewater is within 5-8,processing time is 0.5h and H2O2 addition is lmL/L,the COD removal rate exceeds 60%,the effluent COD value below 50mg/L,colority below 30 and colority removal rate is greater than 70%.The effluent reaches the requirement of standard GB 30486-2013.
