摘 要:随着建筑规模的发展以及对城市地下空间的充分利用,深基坑支护技术有了较快发展,而地下水控制是深基坑设计的一项重要内容。因对地下水资源的保护意识逐渐深入人心,绿色施工技术也在迅速发展,地下水控制从最初的管井抽排降水发展到优先采用截水帷幕方案,帷幕体的设计及施工方法正在向多样化发展。本文对北京地区地下水控制方法进行了对比分析,总结了深基坑地下水控制理念的发展历程,对未来的发展方向进行了展望,提出了应该对截水帷幕堵漏措施进行重点研究的建议。With the development of building scale and the full use of urban underground space,the support technique of deep foundation pit has developed quickly.The groundwater control is an important content of deep foundation pit design.Because of the design concept for protecting groundwater resources and green construction technology,the groundwater control methods are developed from the tube well dewatering to the waterproof curtain,and the design and construction methods of waterproof curtain are developing to diversification.Based on the contrast and analysis on the groundwater control in deep foundation pit at different periods in Beijing area,the development of groundwater control concept in deep foundation pit is summarized and the development direction in future is forecasted.It is put forward that the plugging measures of waterproof curtain should be deeply studied.
