摘 要:阐述分析了影响入炉原、燃料质量的主要因素及其对高炉炼铁的影响,探讨了当前资源环境条件下比较合理的炉料结构形式。得出如下结论:要以"精料方针"为原则,制定出有利于高炉冶炼的炉料质量指标;在条件允许的情况下首先要保证入炉原料的品位要高;不断探索出提高炉料冶金性能的方法措施或工艺,为高炉提供具有良好冶金性能的优质原、燃料;结合高炉炼铁的铁矿资源和生产工艺特点,综合评价分析,采用科学合理的炉料结构进行生产。The main factors affecting the quality of raw materials and fuel into the blast furnace,and their effect on blast furnace ironmaking are analyzed.The reasonable burden structure form under the cur- rent condition of resource and environment are explored and discussed.Arrived at the following conclusion: Taking the beneficiated burden materials policy as principle,setting out the burden materials quality indicators for blast furnace ironmaking;In the case of conditions allows,should ensure the higher grade of the raw materials should be ensured at first.Continuously explore out measures and processes of improving metallurgical properties of burden materials,to provide blast furnace with good metallurgical properties burden materials.Combining with the characteristics of the iron ore resources and production technique of blast furnace ironmaking to evaluate and analys comprehensive,using the scientific and reasonable burden structure to produce.
