摘　　要：在高铝轻质浇注料的基础上,通过优化SiO_2微粉和α-Al_2O_3微粉的加入量,进一步优化浇注料的流动性、施工性能、常温强度、中温强度等各项性能;通过优化结合体系进一步提高浇注料的高温抗折强度和荷重软化温度,研制出具有较低的热导率、较高的高温强度及体积稳定性,可用于多种工业炉工作衬使用的高性能轻质高铝浇注料。经环形加热炉炉顶、炉墙工作衬现场应用试验,表明其节能成效显著,取得了较好的使用效果。On the basis of high alumina lightweight castable,the fluidity,construction performance, room temperature strength and medium temperature strength of the tastable were further optimized by optimizing the addition of SiO2 powder and α-Al2O3 powder.The high temperature flexural strength and load softening temperature of the eastable were further improved by optimizing the combination system.It has lower thermal conductivity,higher high temperature strength and volume stability,and can be used as high performance lightweight high alumina castable for various industrial furnace linings.The field application test of the working lining of the top and wall of the annular reheating furnace shows that the energy-saving effect is remarkable and the better application effect is obtained.
