试论被资助大学生隐私权的法律保障

摘　　要：近年来,我国对高校贫困学生资助力度加大以帮助他们顺利完成学业。文章分析了我国被资助大学生隐私权保护存在的问题、被资助大学生隐私权的内涵和特点。提出完善被资助大学生隐私权保护的建议。通过健全个人隐私权保护相关法律、完善大学生隐私权救济制度、设置大学生隐私权监管制度、健全被资助大学生诚信档案制度等,保障被资助大学生的隐私权,为我国高校资助管理工作提供理论指导。Our country has been increasing the financial assistance to the needy students in colleges and universities to help them succeed in academic learning.This article analyzes the existing problems in privacy right protection for the financially assisted students in our country and the connotation and feature of their privacy right,and puts forward suggestions to perfectly protect the privacy right for the financially assisted students in order to provide academic guidance to the assistance work in colleges and universities in our country in the aspects of improving the related laws on individual privacy protection and relief rules with respect for the privacy right of students,setting the supervision regulations on students,privacy right,perfecting the related credit record of financially assisted students to guarantee their privacy right.
