摘　　要：作为高学历、有学识的群体,青年博士生的求学动机是多方面的,既有理想的追求,也有现实的考量。但无论如何,这一精英群体在学期间面临着各方面的巨大压力,如不名一文的经济压力、不容乐观的就业压力、难与人言的婚恋压力、艰难调适的人际压力等,使得丰满理想与窘迫现实之间的落差较大。化解青年博士生的群体性困惑,促使其和谐发展,需要博士生自己、导师、高校和社会共同努力。As a group with high educational background and knowledge,young doctoral students have many motives in pursuing their doctoral studies,both in pursuit of ideals and in consideration of reality.In any case,this elite group is faced with great pressure from all aspects during their study,such as the economic pressure of being penniless,the employment pressure that is not optimistic,the marriage pressure that is unspeakable,the interpersonal pressure that is difficult to adjust to,which makes the gap between the ideal and the reality of embarrassment larger.To solve the mass perplexity of young doctoral students and promote their harmonious development requires the joint efforts of doctoral students,supervisors,universities and society.
