摘 要:以唐山曹妃甸工业区甸头立交桥底层道路施工为背景,针对渤海湾海域吹沙造地区域内的道路软基处理,重点阐述了多点胁迫无填料振冲综合施工技术在海域路基软基处理中的工作原理、施工工艺及处理结果。经实践证明,该技术适用于海域吹沙造地软土地基的处理,通过该技术的应用成功地解决了甸头立交桥底层道路软基处理的难题,对渤海湾乃至沿海地区类似的地基处理具有一定的推广应用价值和借鉴作用。Diantou overpass is located in the Tangshan Caofeidian Industrial District along the coast of Bohai Bay.Road beneath the overpass lies on soft subgrade generated by hydraulic reclamation,thus ground treatment is essential and necessary. In this paper,the multipoint-forced non-filler vibro-flush technique was proposed and its working principle,construction process and treatment effects were illustrated.The technique is feasible on treating soft subgrade in hydraulic reclamation area,as practice in the Diantou overpass project confirms.Practice has proved that,the technique has potential value for application in treatment of similar subgrades along Bohai Bay and even in coastal regions,and the case of the Diantou overpass project is of great reference value.
