摘　　要：混凝土枕作为我国应用量最大、分布最广的一种铁路混凝土制品,轨枕质量的好坏直接关系到人民的生命财产安全,一旦质量出现问题,将会带来重大损失。本文主要分析当前行业内轨枕生产中出现挡肩裂纹的原因,通过对预应力、模型、生产工艺方面的改进,来减少挡肩裂纹的产生。As one of the most widely used and distributed railway concrete products in China,the quality of concrete sleepers is directly related to the safety of people's life and property.Once the quality is in trouble,it will bring great losses.This paper mainly analyzed the causes of shoulder crack in the current concrete industry,by improving the technology of the prestress,model and production process,the shoulder crack could be reduced.
