摘 要:目的:通过地上部分性状推测和判断药材产量和质量,为川续断优良种质的筛选提供参考。方法:测量58份样本的28个指标,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行描述统计、相关分析、多元回归及通径分析。结果:各主要农艺性状变异系数范围为8.95%~57.58%;地下生物量干重除与茎生叶长无显著相关性外,与其余性状均存在极显著(P<0.01)正相关,川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量与主根粗呈显著(P<0.05)负相关;基生冠幅长、主茎粗、一级分枝数、花序数是影响川续断地下生物量干重的主要因子,主根粗是影响川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量的主要负向因子,主茎粗和一级分枝数对地下生物量干重有直接正向作用。结论:川续断药材产量及质量与农艺性状存在显著相关性;选择主茎粗壮、一级分枝数较多的植株有利于药材产量的增加,但栽培中不宜过度追求粗根。Objective: The yield and quality of Dipsacus asper were estimated and judged by the aboveground traits,which provideda reference for the selection of excellent germplasm.Methods:28 indexes of 58 samples were measured,SPSS 17.0 was used to describethe descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,multiple regression and path analysis.Results:Coefficient of variation of the main agronomiccharacters ranged from 8. 95% to 57.58%; there was no significant correlation between the dry weight of underground biomass andthe leaf length of shoots,while there was very significant correlation with other characters(P<0.01);there was significant negative correlationbetween the content of the asperosaponin Ⅵ and the thickness of main root(P<0.05);the longth of based crown width,themain stem diamete,the first branch number,the number of inflorescences were the main factors that influence the dry weight of the undergroundbiomass;the thickness of root had a direct negative effect on the asperosaponin Ⅵ,while the main stem diamete and the firstbranch number had a direct positive effect on the dry weight of underground biomass.Conclusion:There is a significant correlation betweenyield and quality of medicinal materials between Dipsacus asper and agronomic characters.The selection of the main stem diameteand the first branch number is beneficial to the increasing of the yield of medicinal materials,but the cultivation should not be excessivepursuit of the roots of the thick.
