摘　　要：目的:采用系统选育的方法,优选蓬莪术新品种。方法:2014年和2015年,分别在四川双流、崇州、温江3个地区开展了蓬莪术新品系的多点试验,对其生物学性状、物候期、农艺性状、产量和药材品质等方面进行综合评价,并选择优良品系进行申报。结果:与对照比较,蓬莪术新品种"川蓬2号"根茎增产21.86%,其浸出物、挥发油含量分别提高16.67%、7.95%,吉马酮含量提高17.72%;块根增产18.52%,其吉马酮含量提高16.82%。2016年8月9日通过审定为抗癌成分吉马酮含量高含型新品种。结论:"川蓬2号"蓬莪术新品种具有良好的丰产性、稳定性和适应性以及内在品质优等特点,适合在四川金马河流域推广种植。Objective:To breed a new good variety of Curcuma phaeocaulis by systematic selection.Methods:The three crops test were arranged in Shuangliu city,Chongzhou city and Wenjiang city in Sichuan province in 2014 and 2015,respectively.And the new varieties from the biological characteristics,phenological period,agronomic trait,yields,quality were evaluated.The superior strain was selected through strain trial and regional trial.Results:Compared with the comparison,average yield of the rhizome,a new variety "Chuan Peng 2",increased by 21.86% and the average content of the extract and volatile oil were16.67% and 7.95% higher than the comparison respectively,what the average content of germacrone was 17.72% higher than.The average yield of the root was 18.52% higher than the comparison,and the average content of germacrone was 16.82% higher than it.On August 9,2016,it was approved as a new variety of cancer-fighting component with a high content of germacrone.Conclusion:"Chuan Peng 2"has good high yield,stability,adaptability and superior internal quality,and so on.It can be cultivated and promoted in Jinma River Valley,Sichuan.
