摘　　要：目的:建立基于PCR的冬虫夏草真伪检测方法。方法:对冬虫夏草及其伪品的序列进行比对分析,在ITS区设计了冬虫夏草的特异性引物,并通过对PCR反应条件的优化,建立了冬虫夏草与常见伪品的PCR检测方法。结果:建立了冬虫夏草真伪鉴别的PCR检测方法,并利用该方法对采集的虫草样品进行检测,实现了冬虫夏草与伪品的准确鉴别。结论:该方法操作简单、特异性强、重复性好。Objective:To establish a new methods for the detection of Cordyceps sinensis.Methods:Analysis the sequnence of Cordyceps sinensis and its adulteration,then desigh the specific primers of ITS region,and through the optimization of the PCR reaction conditions,to establish a new methods for the detection of Cordyceps sinensis.Results:The methods was established for the detection of Cordyceps sinensis.By this method,Cordyceps sinensis and its adulteration can be identified accurately.Conclusion:The method is simple operation,specificity and repeatability.
