摘　　要：目的:研究橙花瑞香茎的酚性成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析与凝胶柱色谱进行分离与纯化,并运用核磁共振和质谱等波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从橙花瑞香茎的乙醇提取物中分离得到16个化学成分,包括10个木脂素类成分:(-)-罗汉松脂素(1)、7-羟基扁柏脂素(2)、4-O-去甲基橡胶素(3)、(-)-荜澄茄素(4)、3-甲氧基-3′,4′-(亚甲二氧基)-9,9′-环氧木脂素-4,7′-二醇(5)、(2S,3S)-3-(1,3-苯并二氧戊环-5-亚甲基)-1-(3,4-二甲氧苯基)-2-(羟甲氧基)-1,4-丁二醇(6)、异荜澄茄素(7)、2-(α-羟藜芦基)-3-藜芦基-1,4-丁二醇(8)、瑞香酮(9)、(S)-3-羟基-1,5-二苯基-1-戊酮(10);2个双黄酮类:毛瑞香素A(11)和狼毒素(12);4个香豆素:6-羟基-香豆素(13)、7-羟基-香豆素(14)、异莨菪亭(15)、6,8-二羟基-7-甲氧基-香豆素(16)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the Phenolic from Daphne aurantiaca Stems.Methods:The constituents were separated by series of column chromatography,their structures were elucidated by spectral data analysis.Results:16 compounds as ten lignans,two biflavones,and four coumarins were isolated from the EtOAc extract of Daphne aurantiaca stems,they were identified as(-)-matairesinol(1),7-hydroxyhinokinin(2),4-O-demethylyatein(3),(-)-cubebin(4),3-methoxy-3′,4′-(methylenedioxy)-9,9′-epoxylignan-4,7′-diol(5),(2S,3S)-3-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-ylmethyl)-1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,4-butanediol(6),isocubebin(7),2-(α-hydroxyveratryl)-3-veratryl-1,4-butanediol(8),daphneolon(9),(S)-3-hydroxy-1,5-diphenyl-1-pentanone(10),daphnodorin A(11),(+)-chamaejasmin(12),6-hydroxyl-coumarin(13),7-hydroxyl-coumarin(14),isoscopoletin(15),and 6,8-dihydroxyl-7-methoxyl-coumarin(16).Conclusion:All the compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
