摘 要:目的:建立蒙药蓝盆花的HPLC特征图谱,并同时测定其中7种成分的含量。方法:采用COSMOSIL C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;变波长模式检测;柱温20℃;流速1.0 mL/min;进样量10μL。结果:首次建立蓝盆花药材的HPLC特征图谱,发现了18个共有峰,通过对照品指认了10个共有峰,并对特征图谱中的绿原酸、獐牙菜苷、木犀草苷、异绿原酸A、大波斯菊苷、木犀草素、芹菜素7个成分进行含量测定。结论:该方法操作简单,重复性良好,具备定性定量双重作用,可为蒙药蓝盆花的质量标准研究提供更全面的依据,也为该药材的资源开发利用奠定基础。Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint,and simultaneously determine seven characteristic compounds of the mongolia medicinal materials Flos Scabiosa.Methods:HPLC analysis was performed on a COSMOSIL C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution.Variable wavelength mode was used to detect.The column temperature was 20 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the injection volume was 10 μL.Results:HPLC chromatogram with 18 common peaks of the Flos Scabiosa was established for the first time,and ten characteristic peaks in the fingerprint were identified.The content of chlorogenic acid,sweroside,luteoloside,isochlorogenic acid A,apigenin-7-O-glucopyranoside,luteolin and apigenin was determined respectively by the reference substance.Conclusion:The method is simple and reproducible with both qualitative and quantitative function.It can promote the quality control and development of the Mongolia Medicinal Materials.
