脾气虚质大鼠模型免疫学指标研究

摘　　要：目的观察脾气虚体质大鼠的免疫学指标的变化。方法将大鼠分为模型组和对照组,采用限制饮食结合干扰睡眠的方法来建立大鼠脾气虚体质模型。结果模型组淋巴细胞数(LYMPH#)、淋巴细胞百分比(LYMPH%)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG),环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)均明显下降,白介素1β(IL-1β),肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)均较对照组明显增加,免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)无明显变化。结论脾气虚体质者免疫功能低下。Objective To observe the changes of immunological indexes in rats with spleen qi deficiency. Methods The rats were divided into two groups:model group and control group.The model of spleen qi deficiency was established by restriction diet combined with sleep disturbance.Results The lymphocyte count (LYMPH#),lymphocyte percentage (LYMPH%),immunoglobulin A (IgA),immunoglobulin G (IgG),cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)in model group were significantly lower than those in control group.The levels of interleukin -1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in model group were significantly higher than those in control group.There was no significant change in immunoglobulin M (IgM),cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP).Conclusion The immune function of spleen qi deficiency is low.
