摘　　要：目的建立PIMA T淋巴细胞分析仪在贵州多民族地区健康人外周血CD4^+T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)的正常参考值范围,为该地区相关疾病的诊疗及预后提供依据。方法选择贵州省思南县20~60岁健康体检者和自愿受检者共315人,每名自愿者采集5mL EDTAK2静脉全血标本,采用PIMA T淋巴细胞分析仪对标本进行CD4细胞检测,SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果思南地区20~60岁健康人外周血CD4细胞正常参考范围为(668.96±222.57)个/μL。CD4细胞在不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.107 P=0.037),30~39岁组(704.84±248.53)明显高于40~49岁组(633.21±200.97);CD4细胞在性别间差异有统计学意义(t=2.405、P=0.017),男性(698.99±252.78)个/μL明显高于女性(639.12±183.81)个/μL;CD4细胞在不同民族间差异无统计学意义(F=1.240、P=0.295)。结论 CD4细胞在不同的地域、年龄和性别间有所差异,因此建立当地健康人群CD4细胞在不同性别和年龄的正常参考范围,是准确评估当地相关疾病患者免疫系统状况和治疗效果的必需参考依据。Objective To establish the utility of PIMA analyzer detecting CD4 T lymphocytes normal reference range of peripheral blood in healthy people in a multi-ethnic area in Guizhou province,and provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment of related diseases in this area.Methods 315cases were selected from the health examinees and voluntary subjects between 20-60 years old in Sinan county.5ml EDTAK2 intravenous blood samples were collected from each case with the CD4 T lymphocytes detected by PIMA analyzer and the results were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results The normal reference range of CD4 T lymphocytes in 20-60years old healthy peripheral blood was 668.96±222.57/μl. There was significant difference of CD4T lymphocytes in different age groups (t=2.107,P=0.037).The CD4count in 30-39years old group (704.84±248.53/μl)was significantly higher than that in 40-49years old group (633.21±200.97/μl).The gender difference of CD4 T lymphocyte was statistically significant (t=2.405,P=0.017).The CD4count in males (698.99±252.78/μl)was significantly higher than that in females (639.12±183.81/μl).There was no significant difference of CD4 T lyraphocytes in different ethnic groups (F=1.240,P=0.295).Conclusion CD4T lymphocytes are different in different areas,age and gender groups.Thus,it is necessary to establish the CD4^+T lymphocytes normal reference range in different age and gender groups of local healthy people to accurately assess the immune system status and treatment effect of local patients with related diseases.
