摘　　要：文章研究的老年养护院以常州市玖玖江南护养中心为例,通过建成环境满意度调查和问卷结果分析,以老年人群体和护理人员群体对环境需求的差异为基础,将评价因子按技术性能、功能性能和行为性能分类,分别从空间布局和环境设施两方面探讨现状环境的适用性,提出针对性的优化建议,为今后老年养护院的建筑环境设计提供参考。After the completion of the environmental satisfaction survey and the analysis of the questionnaire results, the paper classifies the evaluation elements as technic,function and behavior performance elements based on the differences in environmental demands between the elderly and the nursing staff by taking Jiujiujiangnan Nursing Center in Changzhou as an example.Also,the applicability of current environment is discussed in spatial layout and environmental facilities.Owing to the above study,the optimization recommendations are put forward to provide references for designing the architectural environment of the nursing home for the aged in the future.
