摘　　要：卒中后痉挛性瘫痪在中风后的发病率接近90%,是中风引起的最主要的功能障碍之一。傅立新教授以传统经筋理论为指导,将筋骨针疗法运用到卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的治疗与恢复中,临床取得了显著的疗效。论文总结了傅师用筋骨针治疗痉挛性瘫痪的一些经验和临床体会。The incidence of spastic paralysis after stroke is close to 90% after stroke,which is one of the most important dysfunction caused by stroke.Professor FU Lixin,guided by the traditional theory of gluten,applied the treatment of tendon and acupuncture to the treatment and recovery of spastic paralysis after stroke,and achieved remarkable clinical results.The paper summarizes some of the experienees and clinical experience of Fu Lixin's treatment of spastic paralysis with tendons and bones.
