摘　　要：目的:观察围剿推拿疗法治疗脑卒中后睡眠倒错的临床效果。方法:选择脑卒中后睡眠倒错患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组60例,对照组采用阿普唑仑治疗,观察组采用围剿推拿疗法治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果及睡眠质量改善情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率91.67%,显著优于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后AIS、PSQI评分与对照组相比明显较小,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SDRS评分在治疗1周、2周、3周后均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围剿推拿疗法治疗脑卒中后睡眠倒错,疗效显著,可以明显改善患者的睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of suppress massage therapy on sleep inversion alter stroke. Methods:120patients with sleep inversion after stroke were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprazolam.The observation group was treated with cofferdam massage therapy.The clinical outcomes and sleep quality improvement of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly better than that of the control group (75.0%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The AIS and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly smaller than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The SDRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1week,2weeks,and 3weeks (P<0.05).Conclusion:Suppress massage therapy is effective in treating sleep after insomnia,which can significantly improve the quality of sleep.It is worthy of clinical application.
