摘 要:加氢法是通过加氢饱和柴油原料中不安定组分,减少胶质前驱体,以达到降低测定结果中燃料油的实际胶质数值。以不同来源常二线柴油为原料,分别考察Ni-Mo,Co-Mo型加氢催化剂在不同反应温度、压力下实际胶质降低情况,总结实际胶质随反应条件变化规律并得出不同催化剂使实际胶质达标的反应条件。结果表明,实际胶质随反应压力升高逐渐降低,但是随反应温度升高出现先降低再升高现象; Co-Mo,Ni-Mo型催化剂在合适的反应条件下都可以有效降低实际胶质,其中Co-Mo型催化剂适宜的反应条件为3 MPa以上、280~310℃,Ni-Mo型催化剂适宜的反应条件为2 MPa以上,280~320℃。The gum precursor and the value of gum in the test can be reduced through saturating olefins, reducing gum precursor and amount of gum in the testing by the hydrogenation process.In the tests,the different 2^nd atmospheric side-streams are used as the feedstocks to study the gum variation at different reaction pressures and temperatures by using Co-Mo and Ni-Mo catalysts.The law of variations of gum with the operating conditions is summarized and necessary reaction conditions for different catalysts for on-spec gum operation are described.The results show that the gum content goes down with the rise of reaction pressure but decreases firstly and then increases with the rising reaction temperature.Both Ni-Mo and Co-Mo catalysts can effectively reduce gum content of diesel at appropriate reaction conditions.The appropriate reaction conditions of Co-Mo catalysts are higher than 3 MPa pressure and 280~310℃ temperature,and the optimum conditions for Co-Mo catalyst are higher than 2 MPa pressure and 280~320℃ temperature.
