摘 要:为了有效配备人员资源以提高订单式生产(Make-To-Order,MTO)企业的产能与效率,根据"学习曲线"原理,建立了学习率与不合格率之间的函数关系。在此基础上,以降低产品不合格率和生产成本作为生产优化目标,考虑员工学习曲线对不合格率的动态作用特征,构建了基于"学习曲线"原理的投产量数学模型。通过不合格率服从均匀分布对该数学模型进行分析,得到:最优投产量随着需求量和欠产再投产准备费用的增加而增加,随着产品不合格单位处理成本增加而减少。以某铝业生产某种产品为例,具体分析了投产量数学模型的求解过程,得到工人学习率的提高降低了投产量和企业的投产期望成本。所提出的不合格率均匀分布基于"学习曲线"原理的投产量数学模型和数学分析求导方法对求解投产量问题是可行和有效的。In order to efecfively allocate the employee for improving the capacity and production efficiency of MTO (Make-To-Order)enterprise,the functional relationship between learning rate of the em- ployees and the product failure percent is established according to the principle,of "learning curve".On the basis of this relationship,taking decreasing the product failure percent and the production cost as the optimization objective,and taking the dynamic reactive characteristic of employee learning curve on the product failure percent into account,the mathematical model of the input quantities based on the principle of "learning curve"is constructed.The mathematical model is analyzed by means of the law of the product failure rate satisfaction with the uniform distribution,then it obtains the following results:the optimal input quantities grow up with the increase of the demand,and the reproduction preparation cost of a lack of production.Production cost decreases with the increase of the unqualified unit processing cost.Taking a certain kind of product of aluminum industry as an example,the solution process of this model is ana- lyzed concretely.The analysis result indicates that the increase in the learning rate of workers reduces the input quantifies and the expected cost of production.It is feasible and effective to solve the problem of the input quantifies according to the proposed method and the mathematical decision model of the input quan- tifies based on the principle of "learning curve".
