摘 要:近来随着痛风发病率的逐年上升,痛风发病机制已成为研究热点,仍然有很多未解之谜。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutmphil extracellular traps,NETs)和氧化应激在痛风发病机制中的作用非常重要。活化的中性粒细胞形成NETs,后者聚集并包裹单钠尿酸晶体,同时包围和降解促炎症因子。氧化应激是痛风的早期事件,可能损害不同的生物分子,抑制组织增生,引起细胞膜破坏和细胞死亡。通过对NETS和氧化应激的研究,以期为痛风的治疗找到新的、更好的方法。With the rapid rise of the incidence rate of gout,the research about the pathogenesis of gout has become a hot spot which still have many unsolved mysteries.The roles of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs)and oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of gout are reviewed in this paper.Activated neutrophils form NETs which aggregates densely and then pack the monosodium urate(MSU)crystals and trap and degrade pro- inflammatory mediators.Local removal of cytokines and chemokines by aggregated NETs (aggNETs)leads to the stop of acute inflammation.AggNETs also constitute the pathognomonic structures of gout,tophi.Oxidative stress is an early event of gout,which may cause damage to different biomolecules,inhibit tissue proliferation,and cause cell membrane destruction and cell death.NETs and oxidative stress could be a way to find new and better treatment for gout.
