摘　　要：S100A8/A9蛋白属于钙结合蛋白S100家族,是由S100A8蛋白和S100A9蛋白组成的异源二聚体,广泛参与细胞内外的生物学活动。S100A8/A9蛋白主要是由粒一单核细胞分泌,其作为一种炎症性蛋白,在多种自身免疫性疾病中表达异常。近年来,研究发现S100A8/A9蛋白与类风湿关节炎的发生发展密切相关,尤其是在类风湿关节炎患者疾病活动度监测、药物疗效评估、影像学进展评估、生物治疗靶点方面。The S100A8 / A9 protein belongs to the calcium-binding S100 protein family and is a het-erodimer composed of S100A8 protein and S100A9 protein,which is widely involved in biological activities in-side and outside the cell. The S100A8 / A9 protein is mainly secreted by neutrophils and monocytes,and as an inflammatory protein,it is abnormally expressed in various autoimmune diseases. In recent years,the study shows that S100A8 / A9 protein is closely related to the rheumatoid arthritis,especially in monitoring disease activity, drug efficacy assessment,imaging progress evaluation,and biotherapeutic targets in patients with rheumatoid ar-thritis.
