关于残疾人就业保障的研究综述

摘　　要：就业乃民生之本,残疾人就业可以有效保障残疾人获得生活来源及融入社会,因此关于残疾人就业保障的研究便成为残疾人领域的热点。现有研究成果主要情况如下:国内外理论性系统研究较为缺乏;相对于国外而言,国内关于该问题的实证研究仍存在不足,方法较为单一;有关就业的专项性研究较少,研究对象范围较狭窄。因此,第一,要增加理论研究,运用现有理论或新的研究视角对关于就业保障的研究给予应有的支持;第二,要加强实证研究,提高研究方法的多样性;第三,要增加关于残疾人就业保障的专项性研究,做一些新角度的研究尝试,以及扩大研究对象的范围,对农村、创业群体给予关注。Employment has a vital bearing on the people's livelihood.Employment of the disabled can effectively ensure that disabled persons obtain a source of life and integrate into society.Therefore,research on employment security for the disabled has become a hot spot in the field of the disabled.Existing research results are as follows:there is a lack of theoretical research at home and abroad;compared with foreign studies,domestic empirical studies on this issue are still insufficient,the method is relatively simple;there are fewer specific studies on employment,the scope of research object is narrow.Therefore,firstly,theoretical research should be increased,existing theories or new research perspectives should be applied to support the research.Secondly,empirical studies should be strengthened,diversity of research methods should be improved.Thirdly,specific studies should be increased and some new research attempts should be done,the scope of research object should be expanded and paying attention to rural people with disabilities or entrepreneurial groups.
