摘  要:文章以某水库调度决策为案例,选取调度函数作为水库决策的规则库,并在此基础上利用知识推理理论建立了智能化调度决策模型。研究表明:该方法可有效解决传统调度决策中存在的计算效率低、水力资源优化利用效果不佳等问题,在水库优化调度中具有较强的可行性与有效性。Taking a reservoir operation decision-making in Province as an example,this paper chooses the operation function as the rule base of reservoir decision-making,and establishes an intelligent operation decision-making model based on knowledge reasoning theory. The results show that this method can effectively solve the problems of low calculation efficiency and poor effect of optimal utilization of hydraulic resources in traditional dispatching decision-making,and has strong feasibility and effectiveness in reservoir optimal dispatching.
