摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的生成有五个条件。一是时代条件:中国特色社会主义进入新时代,新时代呼唤并孕育着新思想;二是制度条件:科学社会主义发展进入新阶段,新阶段唯独中国这边风景独好;三是世情条件:一系列重大国际问题此起彼伏,中国理论为全球治理输入活血;四是党情条件:执政党自我革命深化党建规律,全面从严治党锻造思想新成果;五是主观条件:39年从政之路积累了经验,习近平是新思想的主要创立者。There are five conditions for the formation of Xi Jinping Thought of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. The first one is era condition.As Chinese socialism has entered a new era,which calls for and breeds new thought. The second one is system condition.As the development of scientific socialism has come into a new stage,China has a bright future at the new stage.The third one is world condition.With a series of major international affairs keeping cropping up,Chinese theory carries flowing blood to global governance.The forth one is the Party condition.The ruling Party's self-revolution deepens the law of Party's building and enforcing full and strict Party discipline forges the new outcomes of thought.The last one is subjective condition.Having accumulating political experience from thirty-nine years'governance.Xi jinping is the core founder of the new thought.
