摘　　要：通过对"经筋结点"概念的解读,研究其在联结、约束骨骼方面的作用以及其与关节间的密切关系,表明在检查方面"经筋结点"主要通过触诊以及问诊的方式确定。在中医学理论中,点按法在调整阴阳平衡、调和营卫气血、散寒止痛温经、行气通络化瘀方面发挥着重要作用,同样对其从西医病理学、生物力学、神经学、周围血管4个方面进行相关论述和探讨。通过对经筋理论的阐述和"经筋结点"特点的总结,论述点按法的作用与"经筋结点"的治疗及其相关病症并探讨其相关中西医理论。Through the interpretation of the concept of"Tendon point",the role of joints and constraints on bones and its close relationship with joints are studied. It is indicated that in terms of inspections, " Tendon Point " are mainly determined by palpation and consultation. In the theory of TCM,the point pressing method plays an important role in adjusting the balance of Yin and Yang,reconciling the health of Qi and blood,dispelling the pain and warming the meridians,and activating meridians and activating meridians. In the same way,it will be discussed from the perspective of Western medicine and discussed in terms of pathology,biomechanics,neurology,and peripheral blood vessels. Through the description of the reinforcement theory and the summarization of the characteristics of the"Tendon Point",the full text discusses the role of the point pressing method and the treatment of the"Tendon point"and related diseases,and discusses its related Chinese and Western medicine theories.
