摘　　要：登革热是引起全球广泛关注的重大公共卫生问题,研究登革病毒的病原学特征对登革热的预防控制至关重要。本文对登革病毒的起源、生物学特性、动物模型、致病机理、以及感染控制等方面的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为登革热防控提供参考。Dengue is a major public health challenge that has caused worldwide concern,and the etiological characteristics of dengue virus need to be studied to prevent and control dengue .This article reviews the origins and biological characteristics of dengue virus,animal models of dengue,its pathogenesis,and control of that infection in order to provide a reference for dengue prevention and control.
