民主社会的政治冲突功能研究

摘　　要：冲突具有正功能和负功能,政治冲突作为冲突的一种表现形式也依然具有正功能和负功能,但需要注意的是政治冲突的功能具有特殊的表现形式,与一般性的冲突功能相比可能具有较大的差异。虽然政治冲突有正功能和负功能,但是在民主的背景下,政治冲突是非暴力的,因此政治冲突主要呈现为正功能,负功能则相对较弱。政治冲突体现为一种规则冲突形态,正和博弈冲突是政治冲突的常态。政治冲突能够扩大政治合作的范围,促进政治组织或集团的产生,成为平衡各主体力量的重要机制,推动政治规则的调整。Conflicts have positive and negative functions.Political conflicts as a manifestation of conflicts also have positive and negative functions.However,it should be noted that the functions of political conflicts have special manifestations,which may be significantly different from those of general conflicts.Although political conflicts have both positive and negative functions,they are non-violent under democratic conditions.Therefore,political conflicts are mainly presented as positive .Political conflicts are manifested as a form of conflict of rules under the guidance of constitutional rules. Positive-sum game is the norm of political conflicts.
