摘　　要：绿色出版是为了促进经济社会可持续发展、推进生态文明建设,在出版物的选择、设计、生产、流通、消费等全过程中强调对资源循环利用(减量化、再利用、资源化),对环境质量不产生损害,宣传生态保护理念的新兴出版模式。对绿色出版的法律规制应当涉及作为整体的绿色出版全过程,而不能仅仅停留在低碳出版、循环出版或环境保护等某一个具体层面。因此,应当从标准制度、认证制度、强制性内设岗位制度、循环使用、经济激励以及范导性立法等方面对绿色出版进行全面的法律规制。Green publication is a new publication model which is meant to promote sustainable development and the construction of ecological civilization. During the whole process of the selection of publications, design,production, circulation and consumption, green publication emphasizes resource recycling(reduction, reuse,recycling) which does not damage environmental quality and promotes the ideal of ecological protection. The legal regulation of green publication should involve the whole publication process rather than just stay in a particular level. Therefore, we should standardize green publication by a comprehensive legal regulation system which consists of standard institution, certification system, mandatory internal post institution, and economic incentive.
