复方莪术油微乳凝胶的制备及初步质量评价

摘　　要：目的制备复方莪术油微乳凝胶并对其进行初步质量评价。方法绘制伪三元相图,并通过考察微乳粒径及其分布、电导率、黏度等理化指标,确定复方莪术油微乳处方。再通过释放度试验,优选卡波姆水凝胶基质,初步确定复方莪术油微乳凝胶处方。结果复方莪术油微乳凝胶优选处方为硝酸益康唑1.500 g,莪术油5.880 g,聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油(RH40)15.68 g,1,2-丙二醇7.840 g,卡波姆980 2.000 g,三乙醇胺2.700 g,双蒸水加至100.0 g。结论所制备的复方莪术油微乳凝胶呈黄色透明黏稠状半固体,质量稳定。Objective To prepare and assess the quality of compound zedoary turmeric oil microemulsion gel.Methods The pseudo-ternary phase diagram was used to form a microemulsion.Through examining the particle size distribution and the average particle size, conductivity, and viscosity, the optimal prescription of microemulsion was chosen.The carbomer gel was used as the gel matrix to determine the prescription of zedoary turmeric oil microemulsion gel.Results The final optimization prescription was econazole nitrat 1.500 g, zedoary turmeric oil 5.880 g, RH40 15.68 g, 1, 2-propanediol 7.840 g, carbomer 980 2.000 g, triethanolami ne 2.700 g, and adding distilled water to 100.0 g.Conclusion The prepared compound zedoary turmeric oil microemulsion gel is yellow transparent semi-solid, with stable quality.
