摘  要:目的建立柴金解郁颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对柴金解郁颗粒中柴胡、酸枣仁进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对柴金解郁颗粒中盐酸小檗碱和金丝桃苷进行定量测定。结果柴胡、酸枣仁的薄层图谱清晰、重现性好。盐酸小檗碱的线性关系为y=82.20x-2.861(0.22~0.66μg,R^2=0.9991);金丝桃苷的线性关系为y=309.5x-1.314(0.048~0.168μg,R^2=0.9991)。结论柴金解郁颗粒剂所用的定性、定量方法具有较高的准确度和专属性,说明此方法适用于柴金解郁颗粒剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard for Chaijin Jieyu granules.Methods TLC was used to identify Bupleurum and Zizyphus jujube in Chaijin Jieyu granules.Berberine hydrochloride and hyperoside in Chaijin Jieyu granules was quantitatively identified by HPLC.Results The TLC spectra of Bupleurum and Zizyphus jujube were clear and reproducible.The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was y =82.20x-2.861(0.22-0.66 μg, R^2 =0.9991).The linear range of hyperoside was y =309.5x-1.314(0.048-0.168 μg, R^2 =0.9991).Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative method for the quality standard of Chaijin Jieyu granules is highly specific and accurate.
